Zhejiang Carwhale Auto Parts Co., Ltd (formerly known as Zhejiang Dongyu Auto Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd), established in 2003, devoting to developing, producing and selling auto parts. Carwhale is located in Jinhua economic development area in Zhejiang province, covering an area of 16,350 square meters. There are more than 300 staffs in the factory, including over 30 administrative staffs, 25 technical staffs.
In 2003, we obtained ISO9001 certification.
In 2011, we obtained TS16949 certification.

We strictly control the product quality and production process according to technical certification requirements. We have our own advanced laboratory with double-propelled hydraulic fatigue testing machine and several kinds of testing machines. We also have advanced full automatic spray painting line and cleaning line, more than 300pcs accurate processing devices and 10 professional and full automatic package line and its ancillary facilities.

With the great effort of Carwhale team and continuous technical innovation, we wins a huge success in factory scale, production capacity, company honor and advertising.
We pay attention to hardware construction. Meanwhile, we pay more attention to technology and workforce construction. There is a group of highly-competent people in our factory, responsible for the product quality from raw materials to a complete product. That’s why our products win a good reputation of durability, stability at a leading level at home.

Under the support of highly-advanced facility and highly-competent staff, we can customize products according to the actual situation of road and surroundings to conform to some special driving requirements.

Until now, our daily output can at least be 6,000pcs. The acceptance rate is above 99%.
